Since the scolarships from all those pledges brought in a lot of money each semester and things were getting crowded, I decided to expand the Greek Legacy House.
This is the expanded house:

You can see the well needed exercise machine in the front yard (those college sims gain pounds by the hour!), the chess board and the bar, for party purposes. I also added some outside lights. It’s not completel the way I like it, but it will grow, as generations of sims will pass trough. (hopefully, all my UniversityLegacy Mason’s!)
This is the living room:
The kitchen with dining area and the bathroom:

Since Jan wants to max all her skills, I planted an easel in there as well. In the living area, there is desk number one with PC number one. So many sims in one house means there are always people playing SSX3 or writing term papers!
This is the first floor with a large dorm hall and the seperate bedroom, for couple-pleasuretime.

You can also see the second desk and computer up there.
The house is deffinatly unfinished. I willl be adding and adding as time gets by, trying to keep it populated all the time. Once Ira graduates, I will be trying to graduate the other members and plegde new ones for Jennifer’s children to live with. It would be rather strange to have G2 kids live with their parent’s roommates.

Yeah, it’ll be weird having G2 living with the G1 students, but I’m not sure I want to take the time to graduate them all and get new pledges! But then I’m not telling a story like you are, so maybe it’s OK. BTW, that’s the same house I used — different color, but same floor plan. It’s cool to see how you’ve expanded and decorated it!

There aren’t many affordable rental h ouses in the SimU college, just those three identical ones and since Jennifer did NOT have a lot of money, this was the place to go for her.
