Life went on for Kaylin and baby Annie. The young mother soon found a new pace in life, doing her housework and taking care of her newborn. Little did she know her life was going to change drasticly in the next few weeks…

Every day, Kaylin followed the same routine. She got up early, dressed, ate breakfast, took out the trash before the garbage truck came, mopped the bathroom and kitchen floors, made her bad and then took care of her baby.
Every day for about a year now she had been doing this same old routine. It made her feel safe, gave her a grip over the world. Kaylin still did not go to work. She couldn’t find a job that paid enough to afford hiring a nanny for Annie, so she did everything herself.
So the morning of Annie’s first birthday, Kaylin did her morning routing before waking up her baby girl.
Then, she backed a nice birthdaycake for her daughter. The girl was to small to even realise the cake was there and there was nobody coming to the party, but Kaylin felt she needed to have at least a small celebration. Oh, how time flew by!!

Annie grew into a cute toddler, with fire red hair, like her father. Kaylin just hoped the man would never lay eyes on her girl as he would know for sure the baby was his. She was terrified of Daniel finding out, he would want to have Annie with him and the judge would certainly prefer Daniel, a married man with two grown daughters and a loving wife, to raise a young child over her, a single mother who’s past marriage had been the talk of the town. No, Daniel oould never find out. Annie was not to know who her father was.
Time flew by and Anne turned three before Kaylin knew it. She had taught the girl all a little baby needed to know.
Kaylin was happy, content in a way, but she missed the full house of the Legacy’s. She missed having someone to talk to besides her three-year old daughter. She knaw nobody would ever want her again, after her past.
But then, all of the sudden after years of not hearing from him, Don Lothario, now Don Goth, called Kaylin one evening, asking if they could talk. Kaylin invited him over for dinner as she heard in his voice that the man needed someone to spill his hart to.
The next evening, she made sure her house was clean and Annie was put to bed early. Don arrived, filthy and hungry. She told him to go and take a shower before dinner and so he did. Once he was at the table, he started talking.

This is the first time visiting this blog and I just have to say, wow. It’s a legacy challenge but there is so much more to it. This plot is great and I’m glad that Kaylin is happy once again. I can’t wait to find out what happens next!
