Earlier that week, Cassandra had told him to leave their home and his children. She wanted nothing to do with him anymore. She had, finaly, after so many years, decided she loved Darren Dreamer. She had never loved Don, only married him because her father wanted her to. But now she had had enough. Don was to leave and never return.

He had pleaded her to give him another chance, for the sake of their children, but all Cas had done was shown him the door.
Their daughter had been crying. She didn’t want her father to leave and it had broke Don’s heart to leave her, but Cassandra had thrown the divorse papers at his head and told him he wasn’t going to receive a penny from her.
And so he had left. He had wandered around downtown for two days, not knowing where to go when her realised Kaylin was the only person he could turn to. He cried as he told his story, and Kaylin’s heart broke for the man she had once cared for. The poor guy, she knew he loved his children dearly and now he had nothing left, just like she had nothing when she had to leave Catherine and her Dennis. She hugged Don and led him to the bedroom. She knew of only one way to comfort him. She sat down on her bed, next to Don and kissed him gently.
Don responded to her kiss and before she knew it, they were making out.
Neither of them had tought this was ever going to happen, but both of them needed comfort which they found in each other’s arms. They made love that night and fell asleep close together.

This is the first time visiting this blog and I just have to say, wow. It’s a legacy challenge but there is so much more to it. This plot is great and I’m glad that Kaylin is happy once again. I can’t wait to find out what happens next!
