Her mother was extatic, the next generation, already on it’s way!! They did however decide to postpone the wedding, making sure that Faith was fit enough for the party they had planned. After all, in these modern times one did not have to married simply because one was prengnant!!
Faith’s pregnancy was hard, she was very tired and had a lot of morning sickness, but all things come to an end one day and so, before they knew it, in her eight month, Faith went into labour. A few hours later, the reason to this early birth was reveiled: Faith had been carrying twins! The boys were named Gawen and Gwydion and both parents decided they were the cutest babies ever to have lived.

A week after the birth of her children, Faith’s father, Ira, died very sudden. The family was devistated as the doctor explained that he had had a weak hart and could not be saved.

Jennifer crashed after the sudden loss of her husband. Her health went downhill and a month after Ira, she to passed on.

They had both lived long and happy lives but would be sadly missed by their daughters and son in law.
Shocked by the shortness of life, Dorian felt the urge to make his relationship permanent. He wanted the world to know he loved Faith. After suggesting the wedding plans to Faith, she agreed, feeling the need to find some happiness troughout these sad times.

And so they were married, not the big garden party her mother had planned for them, but a small, intimate ceremony in their living room, in the presence of their sons.
Life soon returned to normal. Faith and Dorian found their routine, caring for the boys and working while still finding time for each other. One night, while looking trough his telescope (stargazing was a hobby that combined well with the twins need for nightly feeds), Dorian saw a strange light. He started calling for Faith to come and see when all of the sudden, he was sucked into a beam of light.
Dorian was kidnapped by aliens.

Luckily, the aliens returned him a few hours later, but the results of this abduction were seen only 9 months later, when Dorian gave birth to a healthy child.

He named his son Gaheris and loved the little baby more than anything. Faith however never got very fond of the boy, she took care of him, but never accepted him as one of her own, somehow she couldn’t live with the idea that he was conceived by some alien invader.
Time flew by and before they knew it, the twins were 6 years old already.

Awww … the poor alien baby. His “mom” doesn’t like him? *cry* What a not-nice thing!!! And the twins are LUC’S?! If her REAL husband was alive, he’d be so upset!!

Yup. The twins are indeed Luc’s. I never intended it to become public, just needed the professor-point somewhere, so when Dorian died (all by himself!! I never wanted to kill him off!!) I tought it would be fun to write it into the story.
In the game, Faith loves Gaheris as much as her own twins, but for the story I am writing for them, he needs to be the “outcast”… You’ll see why in the next update or so.

Even on triple speed you have played this family interestingly and written a nice update about it. Can’t wait to read the intrigue about the alien boy.

Oh I knew Luc wasn’t gone forever. I had a feeling he’d be back and here he is. What a twist! So how do the twins feel about their real father? I’m excited to see the rest of the story.

I could need a Luc myself; he seems like an effective guy judged by what he accomplished in just one day when Faith was mourning. *lol* Somehow I don’t think the drama is over for Faith though…

@ Catootje: Thank you, I discovered the story while looking at the few pictures I had taken of this family… I’m playing them again right now and after going into tripple speed for a while, they became interesting enough again to play them at regular speed.
@ Amanda: The twins, in the game, know he is their father, but they are not good friends because I never made them interact with him… Bad controller… Baaaadddd controller!!
@ Qosmic: Nope. More drame ahead, just read the next update. I’m lucky, I found “my Luc” IRL five years ago, don’t know what I would do without him!!
