Faith took the loss of her second husband quite hard. Luckily, she had her daughter and future grandchild to fuss about, it kept her mind of things. But at night, when everyone was asleep, she often went out to the family cemetary to mourn her lost loves.

For Morgaine and Gaheris, luck had changed since Morgaine’s father had passed away. Faith had accepted the love her daughter had for her strange fosterson and was pleased to see the two so happy. She often went into their room at night, just to look at how peacefull the slept in eachothers arms.

Time flew by and Morgaine, now in her second trimester, appeared to be glowing. Pregnancy agreed with the young woman, even tough she was only 22 she seemed to have a natural maternal instinct. Besides from the few incidents in her early pregnancy, she wasn’t sick at all and felt like she had energy for 10.

Morgaine, now on maternityleave, developped an urge to cook and clean as her pregnancy progressed. The only thing she did besides cleaning and cooking was playing pool and by the time she was eight months along and to big to do a lot of housework, she had become quite a good pool-player.

Gaheris was quite busy with his carrier but made sure to come home in time every night so that he could spend some quality time with his wife and unborn child. Touching his wifes ever-growing tummy was his favorite moment of the day and he could swear the baby responded to the loving touches of his or her father!

The weekend before her due date, Morgaine woke up in the morning feeling different, more at ease and pleased with her life. She went into the nursery to check if everything was still in order, made her bed and cooked pancakes for the whole family and then sat down, pleased with herself.
Her mother came to sit by her and they started talking. The conversation pretty soon turned to the big fight they had when Morgaine had announced her pregnancy and marriage. Both women told eachother how they had felt at that time and when the conversation was finished, the bond between mother and daughter had been repaired.

Later that day, when Gaheris got home, Morgaine greeted him with a long and sensual kiss.
“Now what was that for?” her surprised husband asked
“For making me the happiest woman in the world” Morgaine replied.
“I’ll make you even happier if you let me” Gaheris said and kissed his wife with more passion than he had dared to show since he new she was carrying his child.

All of the sudden Morgaine frose in his arms.
“Gaheris, stop” she said, her voice merely a whisper.
“What’s wrong GrainĂ©?” Gaheris saw the look of pain and surprise on his love’s face and instantly let go of her.
“The baby, I think it’s coming” Morgaine said softly, “I think my water just broke”

Meep! I’m just worried that Morgaine and Gaheris will dote so much on their children, they’ll grow up to be spoiled.
But, no, that’s not the way of Legacy children! They always grow to be strong, healthy individuals!
It’s in the genes, you know?
You always pick the best one to be the heir, right? So they get good-people genes. (Sounds like good-people cooties. EEE! COOTIES! *squirmsquirm*)
