Morgaine invited Dorian to stay with them and get to know his son and granddaughter. The man accepted the offer, at least untill he could find a place to live.
Morgaine, still on maternity leave, decided to stop working for a while, so she could raise her daughter by herself. The death of her mother had shown her how short life was and she didn’t want to miss a single moment in her child’s life. She became mother earth herself, constantly caring for her baby.

Terrified that her daughter would not know how much her parents loved her, Morgaine and Gaheris cuddled the little girl day and night.

Dorian was pleased to see his granddaughter so loved. Those two were simply made to be parents.
Time flies by when you’re happy and before Morgaine realised, her baby girl wasn’t such a baby anymore. Gwen’s first birthday came up and they celebrated it with their family.

Realising that her baby was growing up left Morgaine with an empty feeling inside. There wasn’t a baby in the house any more.
Gaheris noticed his wife was sad but couldn’t tell exactly what was bothering her untill he heard Morgaine talk to Gwenny when changing her diaper:” you’re mama’s big girl now, aren’t you Gwenny. It seems like yesterday when the doctor put you in my arms, and now you’re almost talking. Oh, how time has flown by”
Gaheris decided to solve the problem. That night in bed, he brought the conversation to babies and the possibility of Morgaine giving him a second child.
His wife beamed at hearing those words. She didn’t speak but she moved closer to him and gave him a very seductive look. It was all Gaheris needed.

The next morning over breakfast, Dorian looked at the still glowing faces of his son and his wife and decided it was time he let the young family be on their own. Later that day, he began his search for a home and quickly found one, not to far away so he could see he family whenever he wanted.
When he told them, the couple tried to convince him to stay, but Dorian’s mind was made up: they needed their privacy and the space, if they were going to have another baby.
Baby number two wasn’t conceived as easily as Gwen had. It took Morgaine about three years to get pregnant, even tought the doctors reassured her there was nothing wrong with either of them. When the test eventually did say she was pregnant, Morgaine felt like the happiest woman alive. Her only fear was that Gwenny would feel left out. To make up the possible lost time, Morgaine decided to spend even more time with her daughter. She also decided that, since Gwen was no almost four yours old, it was time the girl learned how to use the potty. Luckily for her parents, she caught on very fast.

Morgaine spent a lot of time with her toddler daughter. Often, when Gaheris came home from work, he could find them sitting on the floor in the bedroom, playing with the dollhouse the women in the family passed on from one generation to the next.

Gaheris loved his daughter as much as Morgaine did, he just didn’t have that much time with her. The one thing he claimed for himself was bath-time. Every evening when he came home, the first thing he did was bathe Gwenny. The girl loved playing in the tub and Morgaine loved watching father and daughter bond.

Gwenny grew up knowing her parents loved her. She explored the world, but always had the safe comfort of her parents arms to return to when something scared her. Even as her pregnancy progressed, Morgaine, no matter how difficult it became to pick her up, never once failed to hold her child and comfort her.

Yes, life was good for Morgaine’s family!
But will it remain that way? Will the new baby change everything? Will Gwen eventually inherit the estate?? Keep reading!!

But I CAN’T keep reading! You don’t have another update! *CRIES* I don’t want things to change. The man got his dad back! Let’s not rock the boat for a while, hmm? ;O)

Meep! I’m just worried that Morgaine and Gaheris will dote so much on their children, they’ll grow up to be spoiled.
But, no, that’s not the way of Legacy children! They always grow to be strong, healthy individuals!
It’s in the genes, you know?
You always pick the best one to be the heir, right? So they get good-people genes. (Sounds like good-people cooties. EEE! COOTIES! *squirmsquirm*)
